Our mission is the desire for all students, families, and staff members of the Gloucester Township School District to have access to high quality academic, behavioral, and socio-emotional interventions and support services, designed to support the growth and development of the whole person.
We will meet the social and emotional needs of students through our classroom lessons, and group or individual counseling sessions. While we address school-based issues your student may be experiencing, we can help direct you toward services for challenges your child may be experiencing outside of school.
In order to create a rapport with our students, we will keep information confidential; unless there is a duty to warn due to harm (i.e; to self or others). You are a vital part of student success, and we do encourage family involvement when necessary.
Our district has partnered with Care Solace. The mission of this program is to make accessing mental health care easier for families. Through Care Loop software, we can refer students as well as family members and Care Solace will quickly find available mental health and substance use treatment providers matched to individual needs. --Here is some additional information regarding this program: https://www.caresolace.org/services/families
