Happy Sunday! Tomorrow is Day 3. It's a short week, Monday is a full day and Tuesday is an Early Dismissal day. Tomorrow will have closures of Station Ave. for paving. Once we know the location and times, we will share it and any dropoff/pickup changes with our families. Families are reminded on Tuesday that dismissal is at 1255pm and to have someone waiting at the Walker Door or Bus Stop at the appropriate time. The Main Office will close at 130pm on Tuesday. The school will be closed throughout the Holiday break and reopen in the morning on Monday, January 5, 2026. We would like to wish everyone a Happy Holidays and a safe New Year. Have a great week!

GLENDORA DROPOFF/PICKUP TRAFFIC SAFETY REMINDER

This week on our inclement weather days, we have had an increase in the number of cars traveling the wrong direction on Huntington Ave. We are reminding all families that for the safety of our Glendora School Community, all vehicle traffic should proceed down Huntington Ave. from Austin Ave. heading towards Station Ave. for dropoff and pickup. Please do not enter Huntington Ave. from the opposite direction and park or attempt a U-turn to go the correct direction. The goal of this traffic pattern is to keep everyone safe in the morning and afternoon during high volume traffic times. It also keeps the flow of traffic moving in the same direction which allows for vehicles to depart faster. Please make any family members who may drive your child to or from school aware of this expectation. Thank you for your support in ensuring the safety of our Glendora Family.

Tech-Tastic Tips for the Holiday Season
The holiday season sees many young people creating wishlists filled with tech-related gifts like smartphones, tablets, and gaming consoles; however, it's still important to maintain their online safety and digital wellness despite the festive excitement.
Use relaxed holiday downtime to bond with your child over tech activities, understand their online experiences, and balance screen time with tech-free activities.

FRIDAY DROPOFF TRAFFIC PATTERN
Families who drive their children to school are advised to park along Austin Ave. and walk their child down to the Walker Door. It appears that Station Ave. will be closed at both Price Ave. and Huntington Ave. This means that cars coming down both of those streets will need to turn around to exit back towards Austin Ave. As we know, this can make those streets very congested. Hopefully 1255pm dismissal will better.
