Welcome to the Gloucester Township Board of Education Purchasing and Warehouse Division, where you are able to access a variety of Formal Bids, Notices for Construction/Public Works contracts, Exempt Services Requests for Proposals and Competitive Contract RFPs, Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) and Major Quotations. These pages will provide you with information on procurements for all departments governed by the Gloucester Township Board of Education. Our goal is to promote efficiency, economy and effectiveness as well as full, fair, free, open competition by purchasing the right goods and services, in the right quantity, for the right price, from the right source, at the right time, and in the right manner. All our activities are governed by sound procurement practices and policies, the Public Schools Contracts Law and Rules, Fair and Open procurement of exempt services, other governing statutes and regulations and the best business judgment in the field. As Lead Agent for #20-GTJP, the Gloucester Township Joint Purchasing System, we aim to minimize the total cost of purchasing operations for all our members. Current procurements, our surplus disposal program, tabulations of bids/RFPs received and an annual contracts list are available for review.
